Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Items
Carefully place your items in their original packaging, ensuring all Seafolly tags and hygiene stickers are still firmly attached.
Label and Post
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized postal location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects and approves your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
